Let's Work Together to Boost Employment
Eager to foster a new approach to collaborative work, the Pays de Grasse Urban Community and the city are paying particular attention to young people—young job seekers, of course, but also recent graduates and, even earlier, high school students in the region. Following several working meetings with high school principals in the Grasse area, the administrations of higher education institutions, the local university branch, professional associations, government agencies, and—more broadly—all stakeholders in the job market, the event “LET’S WORK TOGETHER TO BOOST YOUTH EMPLOYMENT” was launched. Following a successful inaugural event in 2015 that drew 800 young participants, a new back-to-school event will take place on September 29 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., featuring a program designed to bring together professional worlds that, all too often, coexist without interacting.
