We'd love to have you join our all-female shared apartment! Currently living here are Florine, 24, a medical intern, and Lisa, 31, who works in the digital industry.
We’re offering a furnished room in a friendly shared apartment located in a beautiful building ideally situated in the city center, close to all amenities and public transportation. It’s just a stone’s throw from Avenue du Jeu de Ballon and Place aux Aires, and only a few minutes from the School of Perfume and the student campus. This spacious 90m² apartment is fully equipped—all you have to do is unpack your bags :)
The apartment is quiet and bright, and is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It consists of a large living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The available room is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with a large bed with a new mattress (140×190), a walk-in closet, and a desk. All the furniture is new. There is a large bathroom to be shared among three people.
Each room has a lock with a key.
Shared spaces: The shared bathroom (double sink, bathtub, laundry area with washer and dryer, separate toilet), the 25 m² living room (dining table for 8 people, sitting area, sofa, TV…), and the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator, dishes…).
