We welcome you to a spacious, bright 60 m² two-room apartment in a secure Provençal house with a parking space right in front of the apartment.
The furnished apartment, equipped with reversible air conditioning, is located on the first floor of our house and consists of:

– A fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine…
– A large living-dining room with a two-person sofa bed and a TV
– A large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space
– A shower room with a toilet and a towel warmer
– A home office area for remote work.
– Cellar available for an additional fee.
The neighborhood:
– Bus stop right next door, train station 5 km away
– Close to all amenities within a 5-minute walk: tobacco shop, bakery, pharmacy, convenience store…
– Historic center of Grasse a 15-minute walk away
The Saint-Antoine neighborhood is relatively quiet (double-glazed windows) and is only suitable for tenants who are willing to strictly respect this. We love animals, but our cat and dog don’t like sharing their space, so no pets, please. Non-smoking apartment.
Shared living is an option. 750€ excluding utilities (water and electricity extra).
