BECOME A RECEPTION AND SUPERVISION AGENT / BIRTHDAYS FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE
Positions are available at the International Perfume Museum, the Museum of Art and History of Provence, the Fragonard Villa-Museum, and the Gardens of the International Perfume Museum
The duties related to Reception and Surveillance consist of:
– Greet visitors, provide them with information, assist them, and direct them,
– Respond calmly to aggressive situations,
– Tailor your approach to different audiences, such as people with limited mobility,
– Monitor the artworks in the galleries, be available and attentive to the public,
– Check the rooms and display cases at the beginning and end of the shift,
– Immediately report any dangerous situation, potential hazard, or inappropriate behavior to the security control center
The Anniversary missions consist of:
– Organize the anniversary celebrations for the Grasse Museums,
– Be able to lead a simple museum tour for children,
– Know how to supervise children during the visit,
– Lead the workshop and the birthday party snack,
– Clean the furniture that was used and put away the equipment,
The schedule is as follows:
• Supervision (weekend):
– September, May, and June: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
– October through April: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Birthday Parties (Wednesdays and weekends): 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Your profile:
– You are an adult and have a health pass
– Versatility – Ability to work as part of a team – Independence – Attention to detail – Interpersonal skills – Ability to adapt to change – Professional discretion – Organizational skills
– Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus
– BAFA certification is a plus
