The high school offers the first year of the BTS in SME Management in partnership with the Alexis de Tocqueville public high school. Graduates of the BTS in SME Management serve as direct reports to the owner or a senior executive of a small or medium-sized enterprise (5 to 50 employees).

His work is characterized by a high degree of versatility with a focus on administrative tasks: managing relationships with customers and suppliers, human resources management and development, organizing and planning activities (meetings, travel, events, etc.), resource management, ensuring the company’s long-term viability, risk management, and overall communication. He contributes to these activities by focusing in particular on monitoring, tracking, and issuing alerts. Given his role as an internal and external liaison, he must develop strong interpersonal skills.

An assistant’s level of autonomy and scope of delegation vary depending on the company, the executive, and the assistant’s own experience. The assistant’s level of responsibility may increase over the course of their career.

The BTS in SME Management is open to anyone with a high school diploma:

vocational baccalaureate, STMG baccalaureate, general baccalaureate.
