ALEXIS DE TOCQUEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Opened in 1992, the Alexis De Tocqueville High School is located in the southeast of the city of Grasse, in the Moulin de Brun neighborhood.
The school buildings are constructed on terraced land covering more than 3 hectares; they are arranged in two staggered wings and a trapezoidal block adjacent to the second wing, with the entire complex connected by
covered walkways.
Four other cubic blocks of more modest proportions surround an inner courtyard and house the student center and the school cafeteria. A gymnasium and a sports field complete the complex.

The Alexis de Tocqueville High School opened its doors in 1992. Thirty years have now passed. It has been a history rich in success. Many students achieve good and excellent results, enabling them to pursue paths
of excellence.
Each year, we welcome just over a thousand students. Our academic offerings are extensive and regularly evolving: elective courses in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades; three European tracks (English, Spanish, Italian);
three technology tracks (STL Biotechnology, STI2D, and STMG); two BTS programs (SME Management and Bioanalysis and Quality Control); a new specialized program (Physical Education, Sports, and Cultural Activities),
offered at only four high schools in the school district.
Numerous partnerships in the cultural and athletic spheres, and now in higher education with the signing of a Grasse Campus agreement. Alexis de Tocqueville High School offers students genuine paths to success
as well as the opportunity to pursue higher education. It enables high school students to develop not only academic skills but also personal skills.
High school life is dynamic. The Student Life Council and the Student Center organize numerous activities and projects. The Sports Association offers a variety of sports activities and helps our
students reach high levels of achievement in UNSS school sports competitions. We have won numerous medals at the French championships and in regional competitions.
