I am looking for a roommate and have a room available for rent in my apartment. It is in very good condition and furnished. It is ideally located on Rue Jean Ossola, near the École Supérieure du Parfum, ISP Fénelon, and the bus station.

It offers a nice view of the city from the bedrooms and has a small balcony off the living room. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, a full set of dishes, and kitchen utensils.

Rent for the room: 465 € + approximately 70 € as a deposit for water and electricity, which will be adjusted based on the bill.
