Article 1 – Organization of the Contest
Information about the contest, as well as these rules, is available on the website www.grassecampus.fr
Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
Participation in the game is free and requires no purchase.
This contest is open to any adult who is a student in the Pays de Grasse region and holds a Grasse Campus student ID card. Excluded from the contest are all individuals who are not enrolled at Grasse Campus, anyone who has been involved in organizing the contest, and family members of the individuals listed above. Participants will be systematically screened to verify that they are indeed students in the Pays de Grasse region and holders of a Grasse Campus student ID card.
Participants may enter multiple times a day, provided they mention a different person in each comment.
Participation in the contest implies that each participant fully and unconditionally accepts these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and forfeiture of any prizes.
Article 3 – Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation in the contest is available exclusively through the @grassecampus Instagram account. As such, participants must have an internet connection and an Instagram account. Entries cannot be submitted by phone, fax, mail, or email. Therefore, participants must:
- Follow these two Instagram accounts: @grassecampus and @paysdegrasse
- Like the contest post
- Tag at least one person in the comments
Article 4 – Deadlines for the Various Phases of the Contest
Instagram post: Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Student participation: From Monday, May 4, at 10:00 a.m. through Monday, May 18, until 10:00 a.m.
Announcement of the winner: Monday, May 18, at 3:00 p.m.
Article 5 – Prizes and Awarding of Prizes
5.1 Market Value of the Award
The prizes are provided by the Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Grasse and, as such, constitute “grants.”
The prizes offered may not be contested in any way regarding their nature, nor may they be exchanged for any form of compensation.
Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize.
In the event of force majeure, the Pays de Grasse Urban Community reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
From Monday, May 4, through Monday, May 18, at 10 a.m., Instagram users who meet the contest eligibility requirements will have the chance to win—through six random drawings—six race bibs to participate in the Ride & Trail event organized by the Pays de Grasse Urban Community.
5.2 Prize Awarding Procedure
The names of the six winners will be posted directly on the Grasse Campus Instagram page. The six winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram. When the prize is awarded, a photo of the winners will be posted on the Grasse Campus Instagram page.
Prizes must be picked up in person at Grasse Campus upon presentation of a valid ID.
The organizer shall not be held liable for any technical failures related to this electronic notification of a prize.
Article 6 – Identification of Winners and Disqualification from Participation
Participants agree to have their identities verified. Failure to comply with these rules, as well as any fraud or attempt to cheat, regardless of the method used, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant in question.
Article 7 – Obligations
Contest participants must be students in the Pays de Grasse region and holders of a Grasse Campus student ID card. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements from the contest without prior notice.
Article 8 – Responsibilities
Under no circumstances shall the organizer be held liable for any malfunction in the method of participation in this contest that is attributable to the nature of the Internet itself; in such a case, participants shall not be entitled to any compensation of any kind.
Under no circumstances shall Instagram be held liable for any dispute related to the contest. Instagram is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of this promotion.
Consequently, the company cannot be held liable in the event of a claim.
Article 9 – Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with this contest is processed in accordance with the amended “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978, and European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on data protection.
They are intended solely for the Pays de Grasse Urban Community for the purposes of managing entries, determining the winner, and awarding and delivering the prize.
The data collected is required to enter the contest. Therefore, anyone who wishes to delete this data before the end of the contest will not be able to participate.
The winner grants the organizer permission to reproduce and publish their identity, free of charge, in informational materials related to this contest.
The data collected is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes specified above.
In accordance with the amended “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978, and European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on data protection, all contest participants have the right to access and correct information concerning them, as well as the right to have such information erased and to restrict its processing.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
No information will be provided over the phone.
Any omission of information or false statement regarding identity will automatically result in the participant’s disqualification. The organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by participants.
Article 11 – Fraud
Any fraud, or attempted fraud, evidenced by the commencement of its execution and committed with the intent to improperly claim a prize, will be subject to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 1 3-1 and following of the Penal Code.
Article 12 – Competent Courts
These regulations are governed by French law.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these rules. If the dispute persists, it shall be submitted to the court with territorial jurisdiction. The Participant acknowledges having read these rules, accepts them without reservation, and agrees to comply with them in full.
