This training program prepares students for careers as perfumer and fragrance developer, which are identified as
high-demand and strategic by human resources professionals in the sector. It enables future technicians to become key players in production facilities, R&D laboratories, and quality control departments.
As an expert in operating industrial equipment, the distillation and extraction assistant transforms raw materials (plants, gums, flowers, etc.) into natural extracts that can be used in perfumery and the food industry.
He ensures production quality by strictly adhering to technical procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
His role is essential to ensuring the traceability of operations and maintaining excellence in manufacturing processes.
- Starting, stopping, and restarting one or more machines, devices, or systems
- Verification of the quantitative and qualitative compliance of raw materials, semi-finished and/or finished products, packaging, and equipment
- Monitoring and control, process self-checking (through sampling and visual inspection)
- System Safety Tests
- Manual or automated adjustments when changing production runs, operating speeds, formats, recipes, or tools
- First-level maintenance of facilities, within the scope of authorizations
- Maintenance of the Facility and Workstation
