Real estate technicians are versatile professionals. They are involved in management and negotiation, as well as in the execution of real estate development projects. They seek out clients, negotiate sales listings, draft preliminary sales agreements, and put together and monitor a file in collaboration with partners (banks, insurance companies) through to the notarized deed. Condominium management and property management are also areas of focus in this BTS program in real estate professions.

ISCAE is able to prepare its students for the BTS in Real Estate Professions through a professional training contract thanks to its accreditation by the CNEFP “Real Estate Professions” (National Joint Commission for Employment and Vocational Training).

Most jobs are concentrated in the real estate industry. Property management firms, condominium management companies, real estate development and construction companies, and notaries are potential employers.

Earning this BTS qualifies the holder to obtain the professional licenses in real estate transactions and management required to work as a real estate agent.

The BTS in Real Estate Professions is open to anyone who has earned a high school diploma: STMG diploma, general high school diploma, vocational diploma in management and administration, or vocational diploma in business.
