Founded in 1972, ASFO Grasse’s primary mission is to train current and future employees of companies in the fine chemicals, perfumery, food flavors, and cosmetics industries.
The world of fragrances, flavors, and cosmetics is constantly evolving—both in terms of technology and regulations, as well as ingredients. For companies in the industry, these changes present real challenges on a daily basis.

ASFO-GRASSE obtained QUALIOPI quality certification in December 2020 and is a member of the GRASSE EXPERTISE ecosystem, which comprises companies in the perfume industry in Grasse and the Pays de Grasse region.

LASFO-Grasse has 700 m² of teaching facilities in Grasse, including several training rooms and technical labs:
– a chemistry lab,
– three fragrance application labs,
– a cosmetics application lab,
– a lab for food flavors and ingredients,
– a specialized library.

All of the instructors are industry professionals with extensive hands-on experience.

• By enabling certain employees to earn certifications or degrees (Individual Training Leave, support for the Validation of Acquired Experience program)
• By taking action during challenging times to anticipate industrial changes and prepare for career transitions
• By helping job seekers re-enter the workforce (in partnership with Pôle Emploi and the PACA Regional Council)
• By promoting the international reputation of Grasse, the capital of perfumery, through the International School of Perfumery: Grasse Institute of Perfumery.
