Instagram Contest Rules – Grasse Campus

Article 1 – Organization

The Pays de Grasse Urban Community, headquartered at 57 Avenue Pierre Sémard, 06130 Grasse, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, running from September 1 to October 1, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., on the Instagram account @grassecampus.

This contest is open to anyone who is of legal age, a student in the Pays de Grasse region, and a holder of a Grasse Campus student ID card.

Article 2 – Conditions of Participation

• Participation is free and there is no obligation to purchase.
• This game is open only to students of legal age in the Pays de Grasse who hold a Grasse Campus student ID card.
• The following are excluded: non-students at Grasse Campus, individuals who helped organize the contest, and their families.
• A systematic check will be conducted to verify the validity of the registrations.

📝 Each participant can enter multiple times a day, as long as they mention a new person in each comment.

✅ By participating, each player unconditionally agrees to these rules. Any violation will result in automatic disqualification.

Article 3 – Terms and Conditions of Participation

🎁 Enter this contest for a chance to win 3 passes to the Synergy Fit gym (14 Boulevard Maréchal Leclerc, 06130 Grasse):

• 1st prize: 1-year subscription (valued at €360)
• 2nd prize: 1-month subscription (valued at €49.90)
• 3rd prize: Free registration (valued at 50€)

📱 Participation is limited to Instagram. Participants must:

1. Have an internet connection and an Instagram account
2. Follow these accounts: @grassecampus and @synergyfitgrasse_
3. Like the contest post
4. Tag at least one person in the comments

Article 4 – Contest Schedule

• Instagram post: Monday, September 1, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.
• Duration of participation: From September 1 at 7:00 a.m. to October 1 at 10:00 a.m.
• Announcement of the winners: Wednesday, October 1, at 3:00 p.m.

Article 5 – Allocations and Assignment

5.1 – Value of the lots

The prizes, provided by our partner Synergy Fit, cannot becontested,exchanged, or converted into cash.

In the event of force majeure, a prize of equivalent value may be awarded.

🗳 Three drawings will be held among eligible participants:

• 1st drawing: Winner of the 1st prize (1-year subscription – €360)
• 2nd Drawing: Winner of the 2nd prize (1 month – €49.90)
• 3rd drawing: Winner of the 3rd prize (registration fee – 50€)

5.2 – Prize Distribution

• The winners' names will be posted on the @grassecampus Instagram account
• Winners will be contacted via private message
• A photo will be taken during the prize ceremony and posted on Instagram
• Prizes must be picked up in person at Grasse Campus upon presentation of a valid ID

⚠️ The organizer assumes no liability in the event of a technical issue that prevents notification of the prize.

Article 6 – Monitoring and Disposal

Participants agree to have their identity verified.

Any fraud or violation of the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the game.

Article 7 – Obligations

Participants must be students in the Pays de Grasse region and holders of a Grasse Campus student ID card.

The organizer reserves the rightto exclude anyone who does not meet these criteria.

Article 8 – Responsibilities

The organizer shall not be held liable for any malfunctions related to the Internet.

⚠️ Instagram is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of this contest. Instagram shall not be held liable.

Article 9 – Personal Data

The collected data is processed in accordance with:

• in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended
• in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016)

They are used solely by the Pays de Grasse Urban Community for the purposes of administering the contest.

❗Participants must provide their information to enter. Requesting to be removed from the contest while it is in progress will result indisqualification.

📸 The winners authorize the disclosure of their identities for promotional purposes.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of the rules.

No information will be provided over the phone. Any false statement or incorrect information will result in the participant’s disqualification.

Article 11 – Fraud

Any attempt to commit fraud in order to obtain a prize through improper means will be subject to prosecution (Articles 313-1 et seq. of the Penal Code).

Article 12 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute will first be addressed through an attempt at an out-of-court settlement. If this fails, the matter will be brought before the competent court.
