BTS INTERNATIONAL TRADE
The BTS in International Business at ISM Fénelon trains professionals capable of supporting companies in their international business activities.
The program combines foreign languages, international economics, and business techniques, with a particular focus on intercultural exchange. Students develop skills in business development, negotiation,
purchasing, sales, import-export, and business and administrative follow-up.
International experience is also incorporated into the curriculum through several internship periods

- Develop the ability to analyze foreign markets and economic environments.
- Strengthen language and intercultural skills.
- Prepare students for a career in sales, import-export, logistics, or administrative roles with an international focus.
- Communicate in French and other languages in a professional and intercultural setting.
- Managing an international business relationship.
- Monitor and analyze foreign markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities internationally.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Organize and monitor import and export operations.
- Leverage customer and supplier data.
- Help coordinate a professional network.
- Coordinate the various departments involved in international operations.
Languages: two modern foreign languages, including English.
Curriculum: Intercultural business relations, international operations, international business development, and economic, legal, and managerial culture.
Further education: vocational bachelor’s degree, business or management school, university, or study abroad.
Career Opportunities: import-export assistant, export sales administration assistant, customs broker, logistics/supply chain assistant, export sales representative, international buyer, or international marketing assistant.
