A BTS graduate is a generalist sales professional with expertise in customer relations. They communicate and negotiate with customers, analyze and share information, organize and plan business activities, and implement sales policies. To successfully carry out the tasks assigned to them, they must be proficient in new information and communication technologies (social media, forums, blogs, etc.).
A Technical Assistant in Perfumery and Fragrances is a qualified professional who is able to:
- Implement manufacturing and processing procedures in accordance with quality and safety standards (HACCP).
- To produce fragrance, flavor, or cosmetic formulations based on formulas developed by the creative teams.
- Perform sensory and technical compliance checks (smell, color, taste, texture).
