TALENT HUB
The Talent Hub’s primary goal is to provide training in new careers in the restaurant industry so that participants can adapt to all types of food service establishments (food trucks, traditional restaurants, fast food, snack bars, takeout, catering, etc.). It also aims to enable trainees to apply their skills in the service of the business. Finally, trainees learn about products and how to sell them, rather than just how to prepare them.
Trainees have nine months to learn everything involved in the restaurant industry—from front-of-house service to the kitchen, including restaurant management and self-awareness—and they’ll have the necessary skills to make a difference when they enter the workforce.
With the goal of 100% employment upon completion, this training program—funded by the Sud Region—is completely free for participants and offers a stipend.

As long-time restaurant owners in Grasse, it made perfect sense to us to establish our training program in this magnificent city. The number of students here is growing, and it’s always nice to see this city—where we grew up—evolve in this way.
So Grasse Campus was the obvious choice! We were eager to deliver the theoretical portion of our program at this university campus, which is growing and developing at an incredible pace.
