GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE OWNER OF THE “GRASSE HOUSING” PLATFORM
ARTICLE 1: Preamble
The Urban Community has made higher education a key focus of its regional development strategy. The local business community and the fragrance and flavor industry require candidates with top-tier educational backgrounds.
The Pays de Grasse Urban Communityhas created a new service:“Grasse Campus,” amulti-site regional campus. As a key driver of higher education development, it is designed to facilitate the establishment of new educational programs and provide access to high-quality education. Grasse Campus offers student housing solutions. It consists of three programs:
- Grasse Campus Academy, which manages relations with universities, institutions of higher education, and research laboratories
- Grasse Campus Housing, whose mission is to provide assistance with student housing
- Grasse Campus Life makes students' daily lives easier, particularly by organizing social events and academic gatherings.
Grasse CAMPUS HOUSING specializes in the creation, development, and provision of web platforms that enable universities and schools to offer their students a personalized and effective tool dedicated to finding student housing near their campuses and universities.
In particular, the platform allows property owners to post rental listings.
GRASSE CAMPUS HOUSING is in no way a financial institution and merely acts as a intermediary without conducting any transactions, with the exception of the application fees necessary for the platform to operate.
GRASSE CAMPUS HOUSING is in no way an insurance company, nor does it act as a guarantor for tenants who are connected with landlords.
Landlords with an account can post their listings directly online. GRASSE CAMPUS HOUSING provides landlords with a dedicated page for posting listings.
