DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

📌 Regarding job loss

▪️ A statement from the employer confirming the loss of employment and the number of hours originally scheduled to be worked
▪️ A copy of the current employment contract as of March 16, 2020, at the latest, and, if necessary, a copy of the previous contract(s) to prove at least two months of employment since January 1, 2020
▪️ A copy of your student ID card for the 2019–2020 academic year
▪️ A bank account identification form (RIB)

You must also certify under oath that you are facing serious financial difficulties and are not receiving any support, particularly from family members.

📌 Regarding the cancellation or interruption of an unpaid internship

▪️ A certificate confirming the termination or cancellation of the internship, issued by the employer (host organization)
▪️ A copy of the internship agreement specifying that the internship was to begin no later than June 1, 2020
▪️ A copy of the student ID card for the 2019–2020 academic year
▪️ Bank account information (RIB)
