The Culture Pass offers young people a clearer and more gradual path to cultural discovery.
This new initiative aims to promote access to a variety of cultural activities, while upholding the principle of universality and paying special attention to those who are most marginalized from culture.

The application is evolving to become an even more intuitive and personalized tool:

A cultural GPS: thanks to geolocation, easily find shows, concerts, exhibitions, workshops, and events near you.
A cultural news outlet: recommendations, tips, and cultural news available on the app and social media.
A tailor-made experience: access to age-appropriate offers and exclusive events from our cultural partners.

What's new for young people who register from March 1?

The Culture Pass is much more than an app: it is a public service dedicated to cultural diversity, allowing you to discover, experiment, and open yourself up to new artistic practices!

Ages 15–16: Elimination of individual credits.

New registrants aged 15 and 16 are no longer eligible for a dedicated credit through the Pass Culture. However, they can still sign up on the platform to learn about and explore cultural offerings near their homes, and take advantage of free offers from cultural partners.

These offers are now more prominently featured to help users better understand all the cultural experiences available in their local area.

For 17- and 18-year-olds

But so that you may understand where all this error originates—the pleasure of those who condemn and the pain of those who praise—I will lay bare the whole matter, and I will explain those very things that were spoken by the discoverer of truth and, as it were, the architect of the blessed life. For no one would ever despise or hate pleasure itself simply because it is pleasure.

Why these changes?

17 years old: €50 credit to discover and book cultural offers while enjoying free offers.

18 years old: €150 credit to intensify your activities and broaden your cultural horizons while enjoying free special offers.

Eighteen-year-olds are eligible for an additional €50 bonus, provided they meet one of the following conditions:

if they have a disability: they will be eligible for this bonus if they receive the Disabled Child Education Allowance (AEEH) or the Disabled Adult Allowance (AAH).
if their household meets certain income requirements: this bonus will be granted if the family quotient, in the year the young person turns 17, is below a threshold defined each year.
