This morning, ECAM-EPMI President Luis Molinas, accompanied by the school’s Director General, Ikram Darcherif, visited the Palais Campus to mark the start of the new school year.

Founded in 1992 at the initiative of four major industrial groups, under the auspices of the Institut Catholique de Paris, ECAMP-EPMI, Graduate School of Engineering, is now well-known and recognized in the educational landscape for its dynamism and the quality of its programs. It ranks among the leading French engineering schools offering an integrated preparatory program, graduating more than 200 engineers annually and spawning 1 to 2 startups each year. The school trains brilliant engineers and owes its reputation to its specialization in energy.

On September 13, the school’s administration traveled specially from Cergy-Pontoise—the historic site of ECAM-EPMI—to welcome the new students enrolled in the preparatory program and the engineering program offered on campus.

This visit provided an opportunity to present a student project supported by the Pays de Grasse Urban Community through its “Grasse Campus” initiative. This is the project by the Grasse-based ECAM-EPMI team called “Thomas in the Sands,” made up of two students from the school, which will compete in the next 4LTrophy in February 2024 in the Moroccan desert. We’ll be presenting this project in more detail soon; it symbolizes the fruitful collaborations we’ve developed with schools.
