This historic event for France and for the global history of perfumery took place today in Port Louis, presided over by H.E. Hon. Prithvirajsing Roopun, Minister of Arts and Culture of the Republic of Mauritius, in the presence of diplomatic representatives from the 178 signatory states to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and ICH experts from countries that have ratified the convention.
