The apartment is located in a two-story building with a beautiful outdoor terrace.
Each bedroom features a 140×200 double bed with electrical outlets, light switches, and either roller shades or blackout curtains.
A wardrobe, a desk, and a desk chair. We can provide a comforter and pillows upon request (at your convenience). In each bedroom: An Ethernet port for complete independence.

The shared living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher.
Dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils are also provided, along with several storage cabinets.
Appliances are also provided, including a Nespresso coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, fondue and raclette sets, a toaster, a kettle, an air fryer, and more.
A living/dining room with a large smart TV, a TV set-top box, and a smart speaker.
A separate toilet with a sink, storage cabinets, a water heater, and a washing machine.
A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity, cabinets, and a towel warmer.

The apartment has double-glazed windows equipped with motorized roller shutters or blackout curtains.
The apartment comes with a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a fiber-optic internet router, both of which I make available to you. It also features a burglar alarm system and is fully automated with smart lighting controls. Additionally, it is equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system.

The apartment is located on Boulevard Carnot, near the University of Perfumery and the Fénelon Institute… You’re right next to several bus lines and not far from the intermodal hub for the train line.
The rent is therefore 530 to 560 euros per room (depending on the room chosen), including 60 euros for building fees, water, and internet.

We will give priority to applications from groups of students who know each other, and we require a guarantor for each student.
Electricity costs are the responsibility of the students (and will therefore be split three ways).
