In the presence of numerous judges and Ms. Emmanuelle PERREUX, President of the Judicial Court of Grasse, we shared a moment filled with emotion and memories during the visit I had arranged for them.
As you know, the City has decided to undertake an unprecedented effort to revitalize the entire historic center —which has been designated a “City of Art and History” since 2003—and enhance its appeal.
As part of this initiative, several major redevelopment projects are underway, including the restoration of the 13th-century Bishop’s Palace and the gradual renovation of nearly 200 facades in the historic district by 2026.
But what is undoubtedly the highlight of this program is happening right now: a few weeks ago, we opened the Charles Nègre Media Library and the fifth location of the Student Campus in the heart of our city, both of which are intended to help our beautiful city take a significant step forward in its development.
With this latest facility located in the city’s former courthouse, we welcome nearly 1,000 students and offer young people throughout the region an exceptional opportunity to access high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of Grasse and the entire surrounding area.
