NeoCampus: an ambitious project for students in Grasse

Tuesday, February 25 marks a major step forward for higher education in Grasse with the visit to the NeoCampus construction site. NéoCampus, a student residence that will transform the former prison into a place dedicated to learning and personal development for young people.

A structuring project to attract students

Supported by MJ Développement, with a private investment of over €5 million, and managed by LOGIFAC, a recognized national player in student housing, NéoCampus will offer 77 modern and accessible housing units. This project is part of an ambitious initiative aimed at providing a living environment conducive to academic success and student well-being.

During the visit, Jérôme Viaud, Mayor of Grasse and President of the Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Grasse, emphasized the importance of this transformation: "Tomorrow, the former Grasse prison will begin a new life. This site, a witness to our past, will become a place of learning, exchange, and empowerment for our youth."
