Grasse Campus hosts the annual meeting of Regional Educational Inspectors in industrial science and technology

Grasse Campus recently had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the French Ministry of Education, including Philippe Durand-Terrasson and Benoît Dony, Regional Educational Inspectors for Industrial Science and Technology and Advisors to the Rector, as well as Walter Dipilla, Dean of National Education Inspectors for Industrial Science and Technology.

For the first time, the annual meeting of Regional Educational Inspectors in industrial science and technology was held at Grasse Campus. This event marks an important recognition of our institution's role in the landscape of scientific, technological, and industrial education. It also highlights the challenges of collaboration between the French Ministry of Education, businesses, and local authorities in adapting training programs to the needs of the job market.

An innovation hub promoting skills and employment

Grasse Campus positions itself as a key player in educational innovation, developing training programs that are directly linked to the expectations of businesses. The focus is on strategic sectors such as chemistry, biotechnology, and industry. The integration of new technologies into the curriculum ensures that students develop skills that are effective and adapted to changes in the professional world.

The commitment of local partners is essential to strengthening these dynamics. We would like to extend our special thanks to Sébastien Girard, Deputy Director of Professional and Technological Training at Lycée Léon Chiris, and Isabelle Mayen-Carre, Headmistress of Lycée Léon Chiris, for their collaboration with the Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Grasse. This synergy ensures high-quality training that is in line with current economic and technological challenges.

A day of constructive discussions to prepare for the future

This meeting provided an opportunity for fruitful discussions on developments in scientific and industrial training, as well as on ways to strengthen ties between educational institutions and economic players in the region.

Grasse Campus would like to thank all participants for their commitment and contribution to this dynamic initiative. Events such as this enable us to chart ambitious prospects for the future of education and training for the talents of tomorrow.
