It was with great pride that we laid the cornerstone for Phase II of Grasse Campus—a symbol of the vitality and future of our city center—in the presence of Hugues MOUTOUH, Prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes; Jérôme Viaud, Mayor of Grasse; and numerous elected officials and dignitaries.

Since 2018, Grasse Campus has grown from 200 to nearly 1,000 students spread across five campuses—five times as many as when it first began! We now offer more than 40 programs (ranging from two to five years of post-secondary study), and 24 institutions have already joined Grasse Campus, including renowned schools grouped into six academic fields.

Thanks to the support of numerous partners and our strategy focused on higher education, this visionary project continues to move forward. The expansion into the former gendarmerie building—a project entrusted to the architectural firm FABRE/SPELLER—will allow us to accommodate more than 1,000 students on a single site starting in the fall of 2026, while preserving our city’s historical heritage.

As part of this ongoing effort, the former prison will be converted into the Néo Campus student residence, a project led by MJ Développement, to provide 77 housing units tailored to the needs of our youth.
