Shared apartment within a 5-minute walk of downtown Grasse

Since one of our roommates has moved back, we're looking for someone to replace him or her!

This beautiful shared apartment for 7 people is located in the upper part of Grasse, a 5-minute walk from downtown (theater, media library, supermarket, restaurant) and a 10- to 15-minute drive from Châteauneuf and Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey.

It consists of young working adults between the ages of 20 and 35.

The residents have a variety of professions (engineer, biodiversity specialist, artisan, or gym teacher), and the atmosphere is friendly. It’s worth noting that the apartment lends itself well to this, especially with its 40 m² rooftop terrace offering a panoramic ocean view—where we enjoy drinks, meals, and other activities organized based on what everyone feels like doing!

The available room is located on the first floor: fully furnished with a desk and a double bed, it measures 12 square meters and also includes a large storage room.

Rent: €460 + €50 in utilities, including water, electricity, heating, internet, and cleaning service for common areas (once every two weeks), for a total of €510 all-inclusive.
