3 large bedrooms in a newly renovated and fully furnished apartment with all the comforts.
-Black Room: 560 euros, low double bed, more spacious with double windows and a terrace.
-Blue Room: 540 euros, with a large window and a low double bed.
-Yellow Room: 530 euros, small window and a double bed on a loft

The apartment is located in a two-story building with a beautiful outdoor terrace.
Each bedroom features a 140×200 double bed with electrical outlets, light switches, and roller shades
or blackout curtains.
A walk-in closet, a desk, and an office chair. We can provide a comforter and pillows if
needed (at your convenience). In each room: An Ethernet port for complete
independence.
The shared living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop,
a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher.
Dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils are also provided, along with several
storage cabinets.
Appliances are also provided, including a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker,
fondue and raclette sets, a toaster, a kettle, an air fryer, and more...
A living/dining room with a large smart TV, a TV set-top box, and a smart speaker.
A separate half-bath with a sink, storage cabinets, a water heater, and a washing machine.
A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, cabinets, and a towel warmer.
The apartment features double-glazed windows equipped with motorized roller shutters or blackout curtains

The apartment comes with a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a fiber-optic internet router, which I’
make available to you. In addition, there is a burglar alarm system, and the apartment is fully automated with
lighting control. It is also equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system.

You are located near several bus routes and not far from the intermodal hub for the railroad line.

The rent is therefore between 530 and 560 euros per room (depending on the room chosen), including 60 euros for
, water, and internet.  We will give preference to applications from groups of students who know each other, and
we require a guarantor for each student.
Electricity costs are the responsibility of the students (and will therefore be split three ways).
